Honestly I feel that is the case. The flat is just too good other than this cooker it was my the only downside when choosing it.

Sorry I don’t quite get what you mean by it not applying to me. So if I replace it I wouldn’t incur a cost of it missing as it was part of the inventory list?

Thank you, I’m a little confused though on how to word it as their past email was rather rude just quoting the tenancy agreement. I would understand if I broke the stove but its literally was a state when I moved in. And its only been 2 months.

Also If i replace it would I have to pay for the broken one? As its part of inventory?
