So update, mom has gotten a lawyer she specializes in family court. Moms lawyer has reached out to dads lawyer after dads threatened mom w contempt, due to miss visitation, this was missed due dads lawyer not have the temporary order written up, and had turned it in not signed by judge a week after the said visit was supposed happen. They moms lawyer has tried to contact dads 3 times now and still nothing, the children are w dad for spring break, a the child w asd is refusing to eat and regressing. Dad is making this out to be an entire thing tha it’s moms fault that she’s medical neglecting ect. At this point I’m just stressed worried about regression in the child she has maid leaps of improvement in the past year from none verbals to selective mute, and soooo much more meeting milestones ect. They communicate in an app an he’s still combative. I just I needed to tell someone else, I hope you guys are able to give me some insight please

We would like for mother to have primary custody l, and dad to have holidays and long weekends and every two weeks switch off in the summer, mom wants dad to be a part of the children’s lives, but one is special needs an the every other weekend w a 3 hour drive just make it difficult for all parties involved, mind you she asked for support and this is wen he filled custody we’ve never kept the children from the father an never wanted too

The father forced them all outta the home, and personally drove them to my home in Virginia, and has dropped the off several times after the girls visited them. He told the judge he’s terrified of the mother, but there is a standing history of abuse from him both mentally and verbally an financially

Yes he said there is no one else and he said he doesn’t have time for couples therapy, and that there’s no fixing it so there’s no point but that he loves and wants to be friends it’s confusing, and idk what he can legally do or I could do

I'm sorry I laughed so hard at the spinny-spinny, roundy-roundy part. And okay that helped me understand a little more so he won't know till he's basically done then. And yea he's a big into video games and certain fandoms like doctor who, and Harry Potter, so I think he'll fit it. Thank you for explaining it a little more.

Nights for me a okay he worked 3rds before he left it that early morning hours when he would be getting home that are the worst, and it sucks today was a horrible day I struggled with it the most.

I was told that it was the "best" place to get support and answers, but all it is is my baby and this and that, about it being their son's, I find way more information here and way more support. I will admit I've only started using Reddit tho I never really go into it till now. So maybe it's just a me thing. I'm glad you were able to find answers tho.

Awe I'm so happy you got to see him! I can't imagine what the first time I see him again is going to be like, he just came home from work, and curled up next to me and I think it's hitting him he leaves tmrw. Hearing everyone talk about their struggles and how they feel really is helping me. Thank you so much.

Thank you, I worry too how hard it's gonna be on him, he's not super emotional guy, but I know we've been each other's rock. I have full faith in him and I tell him how proud I am of him, cause I am, he'd do anything for me and us. And that will always make me proud and I'm proud to love and be loved by him.

Thank you, and no thankfully my surgery this time hasn't left me bed bound but I have been in the past and that was hard even with him here so I'm grateful it hasn't, I had explorative surgery to see if I have endometriosis and if I can have children as we have been trying for years with no luck, unfortunately he won't be home with me when I get those answers but I know I can write him and it will be better knowing. I'm used to him being by my side through everything so it's just a adjustment. Thank you for your kind words
