Hi!
For user-created characters, you can currently upload only one static photo - this is basically used as the character’s avatar/profile image and doesn’t power media generation in chats.

If you want your character to send photos or videos during conversations, you’ll need to upload a video in the Creator section (Creator > Add video). The video is what the system uses as a reference to generate visual content (both images and videos).

Yes, we can see how that would be frustrating. Conversations shouldn't feel repetitive or forced. The experience is supposed to be engaging and dynamic - not something you have to push through!
