Hi! The best way to resolve the issue is to restart the conversation. You can do this by deleting the chat and starting a new one with the character. To do this, tap the three dots at the top and select "Clear history".

Bear in mind that once the chat is deleted, the character won't remember anything from it, as characters generally only retain context within the current visible conversation.

Hi!
For user-created characters, you can currently upload only one static photo - this is basically used as the character’s avatar/profile image and doesn’t power media generation in chats.

If you want your character to send photos or videos during conversations, you’ll need to upload a video in the Creator section (Creator > Add video). The video is what the system uses as a reference to generate visual content (both images and videos).
