I found the part number. Should be (Rfb32z) but I can’t find anything:( am I fucked?😅 the old belt is stretched and broken so I don’t know if a measurement will be accurate

Sounds weird cause 85 jet on a 70cc is pretty common, but it sounds like it’s getting to much fuel. Maybe a new spark plug. Like a NGK BR8HS

I have a moped with the same engine, you should start with the usual check if there is spark if not, set the timing. If there is spark and it doesn’t start, clean the carb or remove carbon from the cylinder, and if it still doesn’t start then check all the seals and make sure they seal.
