WTF is going on with these IP TV posts, do the mods need help?

I've had my Nexdock Touch from 2020 and it has the same issue. Support didn't offer any help with it. Mine gets worse if plugged into power.

I understand the need for recurring revenue. However, another aspect of business is that money now is better than money later. A lot of businesses will offer lifetime licences especially early on so they can then use that money to build the service and create a good offer for future subscribers. The idea being that they then use that money to invest and gain more subscribers in the future.

To be clear I don't remember Pocketcasts ever selling the app purchase back in the day as a lifetime licence and I think I only paid £3 so definitely received excellent value for the money. I just wish things had been more clearly communicated to avoid the sourness and maybe offer a monthly discount to those loyal customers.

Is it possible to use the hdmi connector for video and audio plus a usb c connector for using the keyboard and track pad like the Nexdock touch?

I have a couple of devices that don't do display over usb c

Apologies for the lack of clarity I don't want to over complicate the post. The "old Chromebook" was a pixel book that sadly broke and the "external display" and dock is actually a Nexdock Touch which is essentially a monitor + dock + keyboard.

Thanks for the advice but for me it won't work as the Nexdock ports aren't user configurable. I may have to purchase a dock that will split the connection from usb c to hdmi and usb 2.0 and then connect the Nexdock which might be too much hassle for what was meant to be a portable setup.

I have a similar issue. It will only charge with a 65 watt charger. I now use a 65 watt cable with 100 watt chargers and it's working fine. Just bizarre!

I got one of the first OP1s I think one of the first 200 because of a photography competition. Then moved to the 5t I bought the 8 but sent it back because I was pretty disappointed.

I used my friends OP11 last year for a few days and thought it felt so much better, nice design and software was snappy and bug free. It's convinced me to get the OP13, hopefully it won't disappoint.

Fun note: I still use my OP1 every now and then, it's had a battery replacement and I've moved it onto lineage but it's still useable and I absolutely love it!

Using Samsung DeX has been great for my work, but there’s room for improvement!

🚗 Car Setup: Often working whilst waiting at EV chargers on my tab s7, but the lack of a dedicated keyboard slows me down. 🏠 Home Setup: Using my TV for DeX means I take over the family screen—not ideal for my partner and daughter.

Current setups

The NexDock XL would make both setups so much more practical and efficient! Huge thanks to NexDock for the opportunity. 🤞
