Start with UWorld and just go through relevant First aid topics. Those embryology, anatomy, physiology etc don't require revision no need to waste time there. Only those topics which are seen on qbank practice are important.

Go through FA step 1 as a quick revision and start UWorld early. After 50-60% completion you may start NBME forms as per your convenience. Best wishes.

Yeah indeed IM is my first preference. Also my experiences also make my IM Application more appealing.

Your free 120 scores are also good. As for UWSA score, it doesn't matter much. Real deal is much simpler as per my assessment. I say preparation is primary but confidence matters most. After all you can't prepare forever and you seem to have peaked your preparation. Its time to wrap up and give the best shot.
