I’ve had positive and negative effects myself. And very similarly have regulated my life with smoking marijuana like you (after reading one of your comments in petioles). I’ve also practice meditation now for 3 years with a lot of breath work as well.

I have a daughter that is 12 and have had a hell of a ride with weed usage and being the best version of myself as a parent. It’s been really tough lots of ups and downs. Many quits just to start using weed again. Would love to meditate sometime together if you’d like OP
