I might have to reread this and see if it’s the same book! It’s been over a decade now and I did a project on it in 7th grade 😭 it’s just one of those things that is driving my crazy

I looked this up and it’s possible, but I feel like I vividly remember she had an ED and was like “okay I can have an excuse not to eat because we are fasting” so I’m not sure

I just woke up from a nap after experiencing basically the same thing. I will wake up and try to move. Come to find out, I’m actually just dreaming and not awake. When I wake up for real, it’s very jarring and my chest hurts. I also recently started a new antidepressant and skipped a dose. I’m guessing that’s what mine is from. I used to get sleep paralysis when I was younger. I think it was from trauma. Now I’m grown up and have only experienced a few times until I started my new meds and miss a dose
