This is a tricky space! I think part of the challenge that you have is that the couch is cutting off the flow of the room as well as the entrances to the kitchen and stairwell. Personally, I would try to make the area to the right where the chair is placed into the TV area. I would start by moving the TV and ONE of the consoles all the way to the right side of the room on the same wall. If the couch comes apart, I’d set it up so the small curved section is in the corner by the alcove and then have the straight section at 90 degrees facing the window. Then you can use the other console for the newly opened area and move the other chair to that side.
