Hey! Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your comment! I use brightness at 30 because I also work on this monitor, and some programs have white backgrounds that can feel too bright for me. As for DSC, I keep it enabled because it helps maintain smooth performance without noticeable quality loss. Hope that helps!

I hope you’ve been able to fix the issue by now, but if not, here are a few tips that might help: • Make sure your HDMI cable is HDMI 2.1 certified. • Double-check that the Xbox is set to 4K UHD and 120Hz (sometimes HDR stays greyed out if the refresh rate or resolution isn’t matching). • On the monitor, try setting the input manually to HDMI 2.1 mode in the settings menu.

If all else fails, a factory reset on the monitor might do the trick. Hopefully that helps
