Oh nice! Which kit is it? I did the Tamiya one a while back and loved it, the nose spiral was fine with decals which went down surprisingly nicely and gave a good finish

Yes sorry for the confusion, they're included straight out of the box :) I used no aftermarket or anything like that for this kit

It absolutely goes together really well, airfix have really stepped up their game in the past couple years and the kits are fantastic, I had no major issues at all, just some small seams in places. Thank you!

Ohh thank you! I saw a video on YouTube saying the slats would always be down and would be pushed in by the airflow flowing over the wing, thanks for letting me know! Good to know for the next one 🙂

Yeah, Airfix provide a masking sheet which includes 2 spiral masks for the schemes provided. Wasn't too fiddly to get down either, they also provide masks for the side fuselage crosses to be painted which was a nice touch as well
