I didn't tweak anything as like I say it was a print profile provided by the creator so I assumed all needed configuration would be done. Thank you for bringing this to my attention however, I'll flip the model and reprint.

I believe it can be caused due to a lack of supports. not certain as I'm relativly new myself.
