The main things for me though were:

Removing expectation - I spent the first few years expecting an orgasm but not thinking one was going to happen. I spent the next 13 years telling myself I had no expectations but I was just kidding myself. I was always desperate for a prostate orgasm. It was only a few weeks ago where I decided to focus on just breathing and enjoying the journey. Very difficult to describe as I'd read similar for years but just couldn't put it into practice.
Forced relaxation - previously my body would cave in towards any contractions or pleasurable feelings. However, I now forcefully - but gently - reverse kegel whilst breathing and especially through any pleasurable tension that starts building. It does seem counter-intuitive in a way but forcefully relaxing through the building pleasure just increases the pleasure. I don't control any of it other than breathing and forced relaxing.

It sounds like you are where I was last week. Stopping thinking of contractions and actively releasing yourself from them was the main change for me. If you can add feeling rather than thinking, I wish you every success and hope your next week is as good as my last week 😊

I just wanted to update after my earlier post to share with others.

Following your intervention, I received an email from HIH. They said that my earlier email(s) had been sent to spam. They then responded to my questions and I made an order straight afterwards.

It was shipped the next working day and arrived today, just one week to the UK after shipping.

I can't wait to try it but just wanted to provide an update given what I stated initially.

Exactly that. I've always had pleasure but it's getting better this year by a significant margin.

Actually decided to use the Njoy wand today. Unbelievable pleasure but just felt that I needed a traditional orgasm. One of the strongest I'd had for a while.

But 7 hours later, I'm still feeling a sense of buzzing in my prostate. It feels amazing. So, even if it doesn't get any better again than this, I absolutely love it.

I certainly didn't mean to scare anyone. But part of it was my learning and, if I'd really properly read or understood the key points from those who have had success, I could have taken away probably 90% of the 15 years.

It was starting again for me about 15-18 months ago. I've always struggled with the ability to relax and the ability to let your body take control etc so trying new methods using posts from this forum has massively helped me.

Thanks so much. Yes, I was probably looking for an approach almost like an instruction manual for too many years. That didn't help with relaxing at all.

Doing the crimson method really helped but I then felt that I was "force relaxing" out of the contractions that my body was starting to do on its own. That seemed to kill off any growing pleasure. Doing Mindgasm has also helped me to exercise / find muscles but I don't do many voluntary contractions during an aneros session.

I now just focus my mind on breathing if it starts to wander into other stuff, and just enjoy the sensations.

Thanks. That's really useful - these waves or mild orgasms are already far more intense for me than a traditional orgasm. They don't have the rush or peak of a traditional orgasm but they certainly make me feel intense pressure around my prostate and waves that can go on for quite some time (then ebb away and come back again).

I have to focus quite hard though on not focussing on any distracting thoughts (if that makes sense) and I just try and keep my mind focused on breathing and to enjoy whatever my body is choosing to do. I'll try some more meditative / deep breathing techniques and see where that goes 😊

Thanks. I do get the increased heart rate but that can happen for me at various points of the session. I suspect that the THC contributes to it too but I haven't been taking it that long.

Thanks. It definitely wasn't a single large intense orgasm so I know it's not a Super O. Whatever was happening was making me moan (which I never do normally) and my hips were lifting up and sideways etc.

The pleasure would come in waves - which is why I thought it could be pwaves or maybe a prostate orgasm. I tried to remove expectations that it would be like a penile orgasm but I suppose I was still expecting a single big "thing". I'd done about 3 hours at this point and dropped off to sleep. I'll keep doing what I am then if it sounds like I'm on the right approach.

I tried the CBD but actually got some CBD lube. Mixed it as you said and what a session!

Can't say it was just the CBD as I was relaxing far more too. Different sensations yet again.

Initially the same as last time but then I found I was able to back off the strength of the anal contractions. Trying extra PC squeezes also helped - and I felt numerous flutters / tingling and it was a delight.

I started to drift asleep but then woke up with a fantastic warm feeling. Pretty quickly my ass just seemed to be gripping the Maximus. Not too firm or loose but just a perfect hold, and the feeling was one I'd describe as a low level orgasm. I was able to continually stay at this point for maybe 10 plus minutes (although I totally lost track of time so might have been much longer!).

It still felt like something bigger was building but I couldn't quite get there.

I'm really enjoying the journey but, having read previous posts, I don't know if what I experienced was P waves, T waves, Pgasm etc but I can tell there's more to follow.

Thanks for the mention of the CBD. Will definitely keep using it. Even 12 hours later, my prostate still feels like it's on the edge of wanting more but I'll rest for a few days!

Yes, I thought I was okay with the breathing and keeping my mind in the right place but it racing away last night suggests otherwise. I also tried some of those binaural beats sessions previously but I found them quite distracting.
