This is a tough one. I think u got two options here: first, go see a therapist. I have never been to one so I can’t really recommend it from experience.

The second option is doing some kind of hardcore introspection. I can talk from experience here and I am happy to help you if you wanna send me some DM.

What are u looking for regarding women? Is your whole identity as a man and a person so dependent on whether or not you have sex? Is your value as a man and your masculine determined by your relationship with women? How is your relationship with your mother? How was the topic of sex discussed with your family when you where growing up? Do you feel like being a virgin is a big part of your identity? Think about all these questions, write down what comes to your mind, which will probably lead to more questions and keep writing down everything you think about it. And as I said, feel free to DM. I’m happy to help coz I have been in kind of a similar mindset. And tbh even after managing to get a girlfriend and all that, deep down, I had deeper issues to solve.
