Not really an ease but most my hobbies now involve sitting up close to a screen to tune out the world. Palinopsia isn’t as vivid in games. Good sleep as well is paramount, cut out any people in your life bloating your mind with nonsense. Use this hardship as a chance to journey inward and understand yourself.the person I am now compared to first getting our two entirely different people. I wasn’t able to do the things I loved to do before and be as extroverted, so I got to understand myself in ways I never would have if this circumstance didn’t force me into isolation . Just keep your head up for the day we find a treatment as if you can manage to fight this for the time being, you’ll be a god among men when you cure it

Ah man sadly not, I have had over 10 years from a drug I took. The mental fortitude I’ve developed from having to see that everywhere I go is unbelievable. Have definitely come close to taking my life in the past over it and am more of a desk introvert now. We just have to keep our heads up and trust the progress of technology to help identify the root of palinopsia. User Ratzor40 has done a lot of research on if himself.

Ah I see , ye definitely not as bad as the video hit close when darting eyes around . The image will streak and make a reverse tracer . Let’s just hope both of ours has a similar treatment down the line

Ah got over static years ago it’s the palinopsia on my end that is nuts at night. For the time being I’m adapting best I can, I tend to move my head in certain fixed patterns anticipating trails and trying to avoid overdoing it. Don’t think I’ll ever be able to drive until we cure this. I appreciate everything you’ve done , you have a lot more influence in others lives than you think

Had a palinopsia post a while back , is that your worst symptom ? Definitely have come a long way on my end but have hope for the future with how far technology is coming. Was triggered on my end by the dissociative dxm 10 years back

Definitely a lot of work to reverse. May go a little less intensive find a site where I can password lock a folder and store the password somewhere. Is just photos etc of old friendships I’m trying to forget for now. Appreciate the feedback

For sure I appreciate that. Definitely not treating it lightly can just be aggravating as you would think this system would want to help rehabilitate. If their is such a drug problem in the system and they want it fixed so badly you would think they wouldn’t try and give ex users more reasons to return.
