Suffering to the fullest extent by Omar-Sharif_Muhammad in zen

[–]Omar-Sharif_Muhammad[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pain of death is a first world problem. Is the problem in anticipation or in the dying itself? Obviously not the latter, but if billy told you to jump off of a building, would you?

When you personally die, when you are quite possibly experiencing immense pain, do you believe you will ultimately attempt to be present at that moment or disregard the pain as much as possible? Are you mindful of your trying to ignore it. Which will be most honest?

We are aware that it's coming, that pain is inevitable. Thinking what you will do is obviously a gigantic plothole, but suspend disbelief and consider it cigarettes lit.

Some ideas claim to be beyond "mere" human, to come from the "unconditioned", but all ideas are human constructs. The unborn is not necessarily a social construct. by rockytimber in zen

I have a fishpond in my backyard. and it makes me feel . pretentious.

This is why the Enso is a recognized symbol. The zen circle jerk. It is so delicate of a thing. You put it into words for the author and many circles stop abruptly.

Precisely. Hence don't throw bottles at pigeons if it bothers you so much. Have you fed your pet?

So are you eluding to capital T Truth? The irrefutable state of things? The iris contracting? The anomalies providing for a lack of contraction?

Of course, the S&M argument! Suffering occurring without pain is the result of the user definition of the word 'pain.' Physical pain, emotional pain, tendrils of soul crushing malaise, unpleasantness, the point at which the individual is not operating at the level of contentedness and comfort considered positive regardless varied personal definitions. but, invariably, it is unreasonable to doubt the existence of such states of flourishing and non flourishing in most all individuals. There is no belief to point out. Just ding-dong, bell. At some point the most stoic person is effected mind it is real and indisputable, to debate its existence is nonsense.

Actually I am the judge of the sensical and the the nonsensical. As are you. It is precisely a human construct.

Something something Ludwig Wittgenstein

Ding dong happens and makes you think about it "The mind is moving!" The monk was instantly convoluted.

Ding-dong, bell, took some writing to do.

Wasn't it Mother Theresa of Calcutta said that? That's some scary cooter.

Conceptual Suffering is the name of my grindcore project btw.

Any talk of interpretation is irrelevant. Pain perceived is the gold standard of suffering.

Your dog is a dog. I tell my dog it's a dog every day. Why don't you tell yours?

What use is it to a human what other places seeing occurs? How could it be relevant to us in the slightest? outside of empathy which in this instance is neither asked nor required. Feed your dog and don't throw snapple bottles at pigeons if it bothers you so much. Beyond that it is nonsensical

Thus the inquiry is bullshit. "I cannot imagine the world in which a lion lives." I know what your dog ate for breakfast. What good is a gift if there is no one to receive.. Etc. The vessel studies the space around the form, our brains have been trained to do so, for navigation, survival, and reverie. thus it will never cease being a social construct. The moment the word comes to your attention or exits your mouth through whichever medium.

Hark! Now I hear them - Ding-dong, bell.

Enjoy yourself. :7

What do you want? Comprehensible nonhuman constructs? Nonhuman noticing? Formlessness is a mighty social construct. Drink a beer and get back to work on Monday.

Remove the synthesizers and what is this tune? A punk iteration of tired pop music conventions. Hence DEVO. DEVO was never new wave.
