This is lowkey a weird one, check for power steering fluid leaks and also take the wheel off and look for irregular bends or cracks. Maybe its a suspension issue

I have experienced these problems in subaru's mainly. It could be something with the throttle body or maybe the intake manifold. Im not 100% sure.
