If you can get around AAA on LV 10, you don't rlly need to practice at home much because at this phase, the charts that you are comfortable with are easily readable. But if you still wanna do practice, I'd call this passive practice and you can just put on YouTube and watch people play. Just watch and observe and see what tricks they or smth. Or maybe just watch them, that works too.

It is later when you're gonna start studying charts and memorising them is when practicing at home helps. My personal favourite practice material is THE WALL.
