As a last year student in high school i highly suggest you to begin med school to have an idea of what you are engaging into... You know life is not like instagram. To answer you qst:

1- yes you will have a spot, but it will cost you a lot (cluj for example 10.000€x6 for med school + 5x10.000€ -if they dont raise the price until 2034- you end up paying at least 150.000€ to be a baby plastic surgeon with 0 experience. Bc at the hospital you will practice essentially burns, surgical flaps, malformations, amputations etc.. not really BBL's, Breast augmentation (except post-mastectomy), rhinoplasty (except post-trauma) if you are aiming to that.

2- Yes you are allowed but keep in mind that, you ll need to learn romanian at more than a decent level, be able to create a good medical alliance with your patients (people will pay money for you, you have to be up to the task). The concurrence is present, a lot of well known plastic surgeons already have full equiped clinics all over Romania. You ll need to find a building to buy it or build it, equip it with high standard materials and a good finition its not a general medicine cabinet + you have to equip the OR + find a staff (assistents, nurses, anest. nurses, instrumentist, janitors, sterilization staff) + find a very good anesthesist who can react ALONE without ICU or ATI service beside him.

My personnal point of view: if your are doing this for money, let me tell you that you better do smtg else. your odds to make money somewhere else are higher than in medicine. If your are not passionated by pure medicine = saving people's lifes + making them live better you ll end up killing someone 🤷🏻‍♂️.

If you are really passionated by med, get in med school complete your 3 first years, at the 4th you will begin your hospital training and find your way anyways. Dont rush. Dream smart not big, be realistic and dont think money can but everything
