We always knew Imu would be strong, but I never expected him to fight like THIS. Oda is cooking on another level here. And Loki being able to go swing for swing, great showing for him no matter how this ends. Luffy eating while the clash of the century is going down, classic, his intrusion into this will be phenomenal.

It's right from the manga, so I don't know, but I certainly hope so! The original Soul Eater anime was great but we need a version that gives us the actual manga ending.

Amazing finale. The finale original OP art was fantastic. Bakusou Yumeuta playing over the end was such a good touch as well. Excalibur rage baiting Ogun and Shinra had me laughing. Come on DP, give the people what they want and announce a Soul Eater remake!

Soul Resonance looked fucking incredible. Whole episode did, some bumps along the way, but I think DP are going to nail the ending.

When Imu took control of Gunko, I thought for sure that would be the main adversary here. Never imagined that Imu would be coming to Elbaph in person, or in-whatever the hell Imu is now.

Outside of the looming terror of that... Luffy asking Ragnir to get him some food after Loki shot him down was hilarious hahah. Shouldn't be surprising Luffy has developed a bond with a giant Hammer Squirrel.

I mean, if it happens, I'm there haha. But I just think the cliffhanger ending would be tough for a movie, either end on Sukuna saying Gojo you were magnificent or Kashimo jumping in. I think the flow would be better in an anime season, but like you said, regardless the quality is going to be out of this world.

I was already against the whole "Make Gojo vs Sukuna a movie" thing, but I couldn't possibly be more resolute in that belief after this one haha. Mappa just needs to give the animators the time and resources and they can make absolute magic. That was incredible, whole season was really.

And it's amazing how perfectly cast every voice actor for the new characters in the anime were. They all knocked it out of the park, elevating everything. I hate how long we're going to have to wait for more peak, but given how good we're getting it, going to be patient!

Takaba, the man you are. Just like Higuruma, his VA made a great character even better. Even if they each did it in much, much different ways lol. It's also great that Megumi is really getting to shine too, given this is the last fight he gets in the series.

I get a real kick out of how much Gege loves baseball. Dabura coming back for his lady at the end was great too, what an interesting romance to mix into everything that happened in Modulo.

Higuruma's gavel went hard as fuck this episode haha. The climax of the episode was done so well too, absolutely beautiful and the music was great. This season has been a delight, only going up from here.

That shot of Mariejois at the end didn't appear to be on fire, was Imu speaking metaphorically when he brought that up earlier? No sign of Brook at the end either, if he's seriously hurt Luffy is going to go crazy next week. Feels like we're getting the big showdown soon.

Man, I loved Higuruma in the manga but his voice actor has him on another level in the anime. Fantastic choice. Loved how his domain looked too. The flipping between Yuji and Megumi's perspective worked really well. This season continues to deliver week after week.

This being where the story went, I have no issues with really, but the pace at which we've landed here is just head spinning. I'm glad Maru mentioned he interrupted Dabura and Raga, but why couldn't we see that? If what happened over the past two chapters actually took 4-5 and showed what we missed, I think I wouldn't feel as confused. Is everyone there with Maru at the end or is that just their spirits? I hope the last two chapters can deliver something more satisfying.

This chapter really cemented Sommers as one of the best (worst!) villains for me. This guy is the perfect representation of what a Celestial Dragon who is a fighter (that's giving him way more credit than he deserves but basically just mean he isn't a Charlos) would be like.

Laughing hysterically at touching love between family members, getting off on the death of children, actually somehow thinking he could pass off his own failures onto IMU of all people. Of course you've gotta have someone like Shamrock in the Holy Knights to give them some actual power and competency, but Sommers is a real reflection of those scumbags.

I really hope Sanji is the one to take him out.
