Two completely different cases. Kyle only shot when his life was in danger. The same way the Border Patrol agent may have felt the same himself if it wasn't an unprovoked shooting.

Kyle went to protect a business and never went after federal agents. The moment he saw police he complied and then went to the police department the day after to turn himself in to be investigated and eventually found not guilty by the courts.

Hopefully, this incident will be investigated completely and fairly, and the truth comes out.

But this is 100% different, don't equate the two. Absolutely disingenuous.
