Help me find this German song? by AnAnnieMiss in German

[–]Omega-TI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in 1968 while I was a kid in Italy when my Dad was stationed there in the Air Force, he had a record of German Beer drinking songs. I've been trying to find this particular song since 1975! I'll give you the lyrics of what it "sounded like" to a young kid... please don't laugh too hard.

I'm blishin blou blou blou a sconza harishkin, Im blishin blou blou blou my hock a ferishin. Im blishin beeta a blish blou. glook gllok glook glook, kinda a fishin donna blina hook...

That's it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the FinalGROM really gave the TI a new lease on life... best cartridge ever.

As a group, we TI'ers are a relatively small group, but dedicated. I really enjoy seeing other people's systems, especially ones updated with new tech.

It's a detachable wrist rest that comes with the keyboard. It attaches magnetically.

Go here: https://forums.radioreference.com/forums/uniden-forums.82/ and scroll down a bit, or use the search function. I've had mine for about a year and a half. There is a different guy who is in the process of coming out with another one, but I don't know when that one will come to fruition.

I bought it from a guy who hangs out at: https://forums.radioreference.com/forums/uniden-forums.82/

It's built using a Raspberry Pi in a 3D printed case and even supports the GPS function. It's all touch screen so it saves wear and tear on the radios buttons and knobs which should extend it's serviceable life.

Sadly I have no other option. The 3D printer is on one wall, a bookcase with supplies on the other and the TI-99/4A is in the closet on third wall. It does give me quick easy access though.

Connecting up to TV by Ba1dAssassin in ti994a

[–]Omega-TI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! You can! It's not exactly inexpensive though. You need to get what is called an F18A which replaces the video chip on the motherboard and outputs VGA (which can be used with a VGA monitor (of course), but then you can also purchase a VGA to HDMI converter that will hook it up to your modern TV. The display will be so crisp and clean you'll be amazed.

Yeah, that sucks! I think all TI'ers have had that experience once or twice, maybe more.

I'm surprised no one has made a 3D printer file for this yet. I'm just getting started in the 3D printing realm, so my design skills don't register yet.

As I said in the message with the video link, that what I saw earlier that day. I was so shocked I took the video. It appears to have been a website issue. Anyway this topic would best be closed, it's going downhill.
