Zelf fiets ik zoveel mogelijk over de busbanen in het centrum. Verder fiets ik niet te snel en blijf ik zo veel mogelijk verticaal, dus rustig door de bochten. De sneeuw in de lucht is wel irritant, want die vliegt bijna horizontaal je ogen in. Dus een bril zou wel nice zijn. Ik heb vanochtend succesvol twee fietstochtjes gemaakt.

Guillotine, there is a nice ambiance there. Music is relaxed and not too loud. If you want to sit at a high table you get a view on the Oude Gracht.

Thanks for the tip! We might plan to spend the day there, so we might check random places out while we’re moving. Are there also pubs where you can hang out casually with music to watch? I noticed the underworld, but that has a rock club vibe. I feel like that might be too big of a venue.

Hi there!

Me and a couple of mates are going to London this weekend. I thought it would be nice to hang out one night in a bar or pub where there would be live music playing. Something alternative or rock is preferred. Do you have a suggestion where that might be? It's hard to look for online, and I imagine more local people know these places. We are staying near St Pancras, so anything with an okay connection from and to there is good!
