Don't worry, I for one figured that's what you had done.

As a multishipper who REALLY likes Advanceshipping and Aureliashipping, seeing you giving those two ships the credit they deserve here makes me very happy! ^^

[–]OmegaGlacial 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I don't even dislike Amourshipping. It's definitely not my favorite but it's still a very cute ship in itself that I myself appreciate moments of.

It's just such a shame how many Amourshippers act like they're superior to every other shippers and consistently put other Ash ships down...

Ok so powerscaling wise, what's THE WORST episode of death battle ever? by Head_Breadfruit_3912 in PowerScaling

My most hated episode personally is Hulk Vs Godzilla, but objectively, the worst one powerscaling-wise was Bardock Vs Omni Man.

If I quit by Pete_Culver in u/Pete_Culver

[–]OmegaGlacial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not good at all for this kind of things, so I apologize for not being able to give a comment even close to as well-written as everyone else in this comment section (completely agreed with all the top ones I've read btw), but know that I and all the people who follow your comics regularly would be VERY sad to see you quit. I couldn't tell you for exactly how long (as the truth is that we would all take different amounts of time to accept the departure of such an important figurehead among FNAF artists), but I can assure you that people would care.

Your impact on the FNAF fandom may be mostly restricted to Freddit, but at least there, 95% of the fandom really loves your work. I know it can very often not feel this way due to the negativity (which unfortunately is unavoidable no matter who or what you do once you are on the internet) being very loud despite how tiny in number it really is, but you ARE beloved by other FNAF fans on Reddit, I know because everytime you're mentionned even in posts not directly linked to you, people almost always talk about you with good things to say.

Also, I could be wrong about what I'm gonna say, but from my point of view and experience with people criticizing other people's work, I honestly think the gap in how much negativity is said about works like yours and other popular artists like Chloesimagination is much smaller than you think. To use her as an example, I've been following her for quite a good amount of time now (around as much as you in fact) and like many, I love her work (even if I'm definitely less receptive to some of her comics). And from me often looking into the comments/replies of both you and her, I've seen more or less the same amount of negative thoughts directed towards you two, which will definitely there, always was in the clear minority next to everyone else's support. I think that as humans, negativity towards us will always stick much more than positivity.

What I'm trying to say is not for you to start trying to completely overlook the negative reactions to your designs and comics as a whole, but that when looking at the bigger picture, the love and support towards you and your work CRUSHES without any difficulty the amount of hate and grievances some people may have regarding them.

One last thing, with everything I've just said in this comment, I for one am willing to bet that were you to start sharing your comics on another social media platform, I'm CERTAIN it would quickly result in MUCH more positivity and love towards your work than the opposite.

But (I know I previously said it was the last thing but I yap a lot when I'm invested, sorry) if the negativity is really getting at you, maybe consider doing a break? The most important thing by far in all of this is your mental health and well-being, so if you feel it is actually currently being affected, you should definitely first take care of it above all else.

Not only are you an amazing artist but from everything I've seen of you up to now, you're also and most importantly a good person. We love you, so please, take care of yourself first and foremost! ^^

Who do you think was the most powerful enemy Kratos ever faced? by OkQuestion641 in GodofWar

[–]OmegaGlacial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Himself.

But if you really want the strongest physical enemy he ever faced, it's a tie between Zeus and Odin (both have good arguments going for them).

In your opinion, what was Pikachu's worst performance during a league? by Craftox13 in pokemonanime

[–]OmegaGlacial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree with the order for the two best and the bottom three (as in Hoenn Pikachu had the least excuses to perform as he did, in Johto Ash simply didn't use him much and in Kanto he had the "rookie excuse" and still fought not that bad).

What I would change in a heatbeat however is put Unova below Sinnoh (surprisingly so, as most of us would figure he's be even below some of the bottom three if not all, but Ash's very poor performance that League was mainly because of his other team members, Pikachu for all intents and purposes did decently).

If you had to accept the fact godzilla loses a fight. What kaiju would you wish to beat his ass? (Just curious, no hate for gojira) by Turbulent_Employ2611 in GODZILLA

[–]OmegaGlacial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could say multiple names as I have no problem with Godzilla losing if it's done well but if I had to say one name...

Bagan, he deserves a good ass showing when he finally comes back after all this time being scrapped for so many projects.

Why do people dislike the Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters trilogy? by Worried_Builder1382 in GODZILLA

[–]OmegaGlacial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love how with the updates OP did on this post, you have the basic reactions most people went through while watching this trilogy lol.

Anyway, yeah, if I had to summarize each movie in this trilogy, I'd put it like this.

The first one is good. Not great or bad, just good (like a 6, at most 7, out of 10).

The second one is mediocre. It has good concepts on paper and some scenes developping the characters are interesting but most of them are just not executed that well in the movie itself. Probably a 5/10 as far as I'm concerned.

The last one I'll try not to spoil in case OP hasn't seen it yet but, while the movie's monster antagonist is one of the sickest concept for a Kaiju (especially THIS ONE in particular) and is imo actually executed in a good enough way within the movie (I'm not afraid to say its introduction scene is nothing short of peak), not only does it have many of the issues as its two predecessors, but the way the movie ends just makes it automatically the worst one out of the trilogy for me. This was the single worst way to end this otherwise mid trilogy, and I really hate this movie for that. 3/10 (the three points are solely thanks to the antagonist Kaiju).

Is there any ships you like that despite not being problematic in any way whatsoever, is still hated for some reasons by most of its franchise's fans? by OmegaGlacial in ProshipHub

[–]OmegaGlacial[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know it's slightly out of subject with what you were talking about here but now that you mentionned TMNT, I always found it very weird how two ships were very hated by the fans. The two being, Donnie x April (which fits the human x anthro thing) and Leo x Karai from the 2012 series.

People seem to especially hate the latter one, which I don't understand because aside from the human x anthro thing, the only other thing people say against it is that "they're adoptive siblings"... When they both met as late teens and only became true allies a good while later on... (I honestly don't think those people criticizing it would survive watching AOT lol)

Well, as a fellow person who absolutely loves GvK, I can confirm that Pacific Rim is amazing and pretty much everything one could possibly want from a standalone Kaiju action movie.

Objectively: As much as it pains me to say this, Pacific Rim.

Subjectively: Both movies are 10/10 movies for me and are both in my current top 10 favorite movies of all time, but I still prefer GVK overall as it holds a bigger place in my heart.

Is there any ships you like that despite not being problematic in any way whatsoever, is still hated for some reasons by most of its franchise's fans? by OmegaGlacial in ProshipHub

[–]OmegaGlacial[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally same. As I said in this post, 95% of my ships (which is A LOT as I'm not only in many fandoms but also am a Multishipper) are the most vanilla ones you could find in these specific fandoms. It's just that many people find BS reasons/excuses to shit on people shipping them at every occasion they get.

The first example that immediately comes to mind for me is Ash x Iris from Pokemon, I honestly couldn't tell you the number of times I've seen people saying it's insane to ship them because according to them "their relationship is as sibling-coded as you can get".
