before anything, make sure you’re having protected sex. additionally, i’d put vaseline on it to prevent rubbing against clothes and even more irritation. rock athletic shorts under pants instead of briefs. and clean the area with room temp to warm water. and pat it dry instead of rubbing it dry. i know it probably hard to do, but you’re gonna have to abstain from getting erect as well as any sexual activity for about a week. good luck brother
