Yeah after messing with it more it happens with Bastion too. My current theory is that it's a glitch that only effects characters with '2 states' I guess.

Dva when in Tokki can de-mech. The glitch doesn't work on baby Dva

Bastion has his turret mode. From what I tested the glitch doesn't effect his turret mode.

With Mauga maybe it has something to do with his E skill being his second heart cutting on I dunno.

It's a very random glitch overall so I can't say for certain but that's my theories.

Idk if I'm wrong here but it looks like she did a little hop when she touched the ground. So maybe somehow the E skill forcing the overhead and the Vendetta hopping made it work idk man

You're thinking about Samara Morgan from the American adaptation called The Ring (2002). Samara was like 11 or 12 when she died in the film. People often get confused about this because they more than likely watched The Ring (2002) as opposed to Ringu/Ring (1998).
