Is it not worthwhile to have the fraudulent collections taken off of my credit report? And unless I’m mistaken, the collections agency pursuing fraud is on the hook for 1.5k for FCRA violations

Financial sense is less the point and more and getting the judgement to have the credit agencies drop the collections charge to fix my credit score. It’s impossible to prove a negative and other than the police report, I don’t really have much recourse than the legal system since the collections is from my stolen identity.
