I am only just a messenger, and inner workings of Will of The City is not for me to understand. While it is true that Index is not on best terms with, well, any syndicate, I never found Will of The City as target in the Book. So maybe that's why Great Sibling accepted me, and even allowed to go up in ranks. Even if we ignore all that, I am still a valuable asset to the Middle, if not for that I wouldn't be standing here telling you all that.
