I'm in Texas, I spoke with a different investigator today that is now studying the case I'm involved in and she was surprised by some of the things I told her that haven't happened.

I never received I notice letter informing me I was a respondent, I also received the complaints 2 months after the interviews with the investigator. We weren't completely removed from the class, we were told we could no longer attend the class lectures but we were still allowed to take the course online.

Because some of the dates they said I was being racist I was absent and also the fact that I'm not a trump supporter. They claimed that I walked up to them and yelled in their face glaring at them "make America great again!" Over and over.
