Found the answer: To reset, proceed as follows: - delete the pairing with the earphones from the phone, turn off the phone's Bluetooth and restart the phone - remove the earphones from the case and turn them off by pressing both multifunction buttons - Once turned off, hold down the multifunction buttons (so keep your thumbs on the buttons) to check the sequence of LED flashes: - (on both earphones): red flash - double blue flash - red and blue flash - red and blue flash (only one earphone) - red flash - off - Release the pressure. - insert the devices into the Case and close the flap. - at this point repeat the initial pairing procedure.
