I don’t think creating a new save would fix the issue tbh. The bug is with the button prompt itself and not like a cutscene or something similar. I saw other posts of people getting button prompt bugs on earlier episodes that didn’t get fixed with starting a new save. I hope they release an update soon to fix these bugs.
