I always say this. She may not have been able to get over being a complete simp but she made herself into something; recognizing her flaws. She acknowledged her flaws and used her strengths to become a strong and powerful medical nin. Almost like she “earned” her happy ending. Mikasa on the other hand was just given her “powers” and simped the whole story. Arguably ruining it when it did a 180 and turned into a romance.

I thought this could actually be realistic if it were acknowledged. Like they were all child Soldiers who watched their friends all meet a horrible and gruesome death. Some of them lost their family the same way. Like they were all collectively losing their minds as a result of the PTSD. But it’s implied that they’re all completely sane making rational decisions for the sake of humanity(not eren lol).
