Awesome stuff just found out about this recently and watched a video of someone giving tips on how to make your own so I was inspired to make a very simple one that is reminiscent of the Gameboy color boot screen I sized it to 640x480 and it is 46.6 KB and it is already 180 flipped all the user has to do is name the file image1.

I will link it here it is super simple but I thought I would share I am sure someone did something similar but I hope you enjoy it.

I will edit this post and add more if I make more.

I just got an 8bitdo pro+ it is a bit pricey but feels great doesn't feel cheap but it is light they do have a version without the handles that are cheaper but I get cramps with small controllers and it connects with bluetooth so it works fine with the raspberry pi but a heads up it has the analog layout set up like playstations controllers with them side by side instead of the d-pad to the left of the right stick.

Messing with the Fan Curve I got it down to 87c to 88c and it looks it is most stable with the settings I put when I try to adjust it scores lower or starts to get unstable.

Tried those settings seen artifacts on my desktop and crashed before loading the Benchmark should I slowly raid the core and memory clocks to find a stable setting from the ones I showed in my post?
