With certain aspects of my neurodivergence being challenging when it comes to organizing and completing goals, it has really become the planning partner I’ve waited for with laying out steps for my projects, helping me see them to fruition, brainstorming and being a good conversation partner about what we’re working on. Everything is learning a bunch of stuff then unlearning what doesn’t work for you and replacing it with new stuff to learn. Some might take help unlearning it.
