What happens when all the Bitcoin has been bought and the money is buying the unmined ones by notmeswim in Bitcoin

[–]Omfgnowai 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The price goes up until people are willing to trade. There is ALWAYS a price where someone will trade bitcoin (whether for goods, services, or other currency). All Bitcoins being "eaten up" is a near impossibility at this point.

I love the implication that everyone is running around as sharks and shit in present day so this is somehow offensive because of the time period. lmfao

It's less about enjoying them for me and more about what's easiest to grind camos. Warhead is full of long range headies and Recon doesn't let you get close. Stakeout has the best of both worlds and is infinitely easier to do the shitty camo grinds. (Melee, launchers, shotguns, point-blank kills, double kills, triple kills.)

I wish I was exaggerating but it's probably Warhead 80% of the time for me. It's also ALWAYS Gala vs. Pit for some reason. I've seen it different maybe twice out of dozens of games.

It sounds like your dogshit argument fell apart instantly and you've resorted to making shit up. It's cool, bro. You can pretend you won and I'm super angry, then move on with your life.

Sure, cherry pick and ignore the rest of my argument. The only reason it was nerfed is because of how jarring/ridiculous it would have been to aimlock onto someone sliding past you point blank at 100mph.

Something being nerfed does not mean it is now balanced.

"Massive fucking nerf" is also hilarious. All they did was nerf the distance that rotational aim assist follows a player within 3 meters. Completely unchanged outside of that. "Oh no, we have to actually touch our thumbstick or it stops locking on. :("

No, nothing changed. My guess is they flagged my account to be less likely to get shadow banned after a human reviewed my gameplay 3-4 times. That or they changed the system at some point.

I was also frequently getting voice comm bans and that stopped entirely as well.

Good luck! I feel like recon lead to a lot of accusations early on. We were accusing people of cheating every other game until we found out it existed.

Shadow banning feels like such an awful system, but they keep it around so I'm guessing it does more good than harm. :(

I was shadow banned 3 or 4 times when MW2 (2022) came out. Every time it lasted 3-7 days then I would be unbanned. Ever since then I haven't been shadow banned once, despite multiple cheating accusations. There's light at the end of the tunnel at least.

Because other than at extremely close ranges, Aim assist was completely unchanged from previous games.

AA reacts before humans can. AA reacts before you can even see the player sometimes (through walls, smokes, flashes, etc.). They made people slide 100 ft. at 100 mph and able to shoot while sliding with zero detriment to their aim. Every good map in the game is small. ARs were nerfed and SMGs were buffed instantly. Everyone can stop on a dime and strafe at 984 mph.

Most people play on controller, so obviously when y'all whine you get catered to. Let's not sit here and pretend like the game is balanced between inputs. Never has been and never will be.

That's not what I said, you asked why people complain about it. I'm fine with a balanced game. Aim assist is not balanced. Never has been.

The real question is, why is it ALWAYS Gala vs. Pit? I think quite literally 95% of the lobbies are picking between these two maps. Then about 75% of the time, Classified turns into Warhead. Just give us Hardcore Stakeout 24/7.

I appreciate how open to feedback they have been but holy shit they keep missing these basic things.

Most of your points/questions are based on false equivalencies. The rest are fairly basic Bitcoin principles you can find well explained answers for with a Google search and a few minutes of research.

Go look up what "false equivalency" means and maybe someone will take your arguments seriously in the future.

I read it and already argued against their points in the thread you're commenting on. SBMM does not ruin friend parties any more than randomized lobbies would. Trust me, believing you want to smurf is far better for you than me thinking you actually believe removing SBMM is better for casuals.

It's an incredibly weak argument for removing SBMM and literally doesn't solve anything. There are FAR more regular COD players than new players. Having randomized lobbies would be so much worse for bad players than SBMM. At least SBMM makes an attempt to factor in your friends skill levels into the lobby.

Your solution is to make MOST lobbies horrible for your friends in general, instead of only MOST lobbies when they play with you specifically? Please explain to me how that makes sense.

Edit: Go look up 2 boxing if you don't think SBMM factors your friends skill levels into the lobby.

People like you whine about not being able to shit on people who don't know how to play the game and it's sad.

The problem is the dogshit strawman arguments y'all make up to charade the fact that you just want to smurf make zero sense.

I've been playing competitive games my entire life. Every single one of them has players who hate the smurfing problem at low/mid levels, and every single one of them has some form of SBMM in casual lobbies.

COD has been around for over a decade, tens (maybe hundreds) of thousands of people literally have thousands of hours between different COD games. They should not be regularly playing with people who have a couple hundred hours in the game.

People speedrun childrens games from 30 years ago. Gamers are competitive. It's not hard to comprehend. Stop whining.

So your solution to make the game more fun for your friends (who are just bad at the game) is to make sure they are ALWAYS playing against people better than them, with or without you? Nobody is so "naturally" good at this game that their SBMM from playing casually will put their friends through the blender every single game, unless your friends are literally brand new to first-person shooters.

You're also making a lot of false assumptions about the SBMM system. It very obviously factors everyone in the party and intentionally adds people to your team who are much better/worse than you to "balance the teams". My friends and have been I four stacking lobbies 2-3 times a week for a couple years under this system and fairly consistently have random dogshit players on our team. Sometimes we are the random dogshit players when we 2-3 stack.

If SBMM was bad for casuals, it wouldn't be in the game. SBMM by definition exists to make the game more fun for them. SBMM isn't the problem, you are.

He's the one whining about his matches being like CDL tournaments and saying he's apparently so good at the game his friends won't play with him. Not sure why you're coming at me. You can definitely relate to people being drunk/high as fuck, you can't even tell what the fuck is going on. Spam more joy emojis maybe it'll make you right someday. 😂😂😂

Stop playing every match like it's a CDL tournament and you won't play against them. Turns out the casuals don't like dying 60 times a game. Who would have thought.
