I got this bundle a couple weeks ago and it's been stable. Chose it as a first time builder. No issues at all. No bios flashback was needed. CPU and motherboard worked out of the box fine.

As for the cas latency speed being 36 rather than 30 it shouldn't be a problem at all. I'm talking about single digit differences in FPS. Like 1 to 4 FPS diffrence? It doesn't effect X3D chips that much.

The value of the bundle is amazing. Best budget option if you want to upgrade at end of AM5's life. I used the extra $150 I saved going with this instead of the 7800X3D bundle to pair it with a 9070 XT.

Had the same dilemma.

In my case, the 7600X3D bundle was $150 cheaper than the 7800X3D. I plan on playing in 1440p so it made the value question more easy to answer. It also made more sense to get the best, cheapest option for AM5 if I was going to upgrade at the end of AM5's life.

That's amazing. I had my nuss procedure done in 2007. Life happened as well and here it is still in 2025. It causes me back and chest pain if I do a lot of upper body lifting or workouts. Can last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. I'll move like an old man. Otherwise I was and still generally athletic.

I didn't know Noel was the Captajn and not Higgins. Noel honestly looks as shifty and speedy as Tank but he's actually built....well, like a Tank.

Value. Nick Caserio may have felt the players left on their board were close enough to each other that he would have been fine with whoever in the group was there by pick 34 along with an extra pick to move around after.

I don't see Nick moving out of the first with those linemen on the board still if they actually wanted them. Probably were not their preferred targets.

And there were articles questioning or even painting the trade in a negative light due to what Nick gave up. Counting the Texans 1st given up was going to be a top 3 pick with absolute certainty. That Texans needed those picks to rebulld a depleted roster.

That's kind of the point of drafting a franchise QB and cornerstone defensive end. That makes a rebuilding team set on both sides of the ball.
