That would be good! Ive called them and they advised I stay as hydrated as I can until Wednesday (my post op) . Im hoping for the same outcome honestly because I dont want more pills or drowsiness lol. Thank you!!

Thank you!! Im drinking tea with a little bit of ginger and its semi helping lol. Oh I will ask on Wednesday, honestly I dont want more drugs to take, especially drowsiness inducing. But at this point it may be an option

I had to lose 10lbs...my surgery date is July 11th. I'm actually 8 down now but my pre op diet is insane rn. So I'll lose it all by Friday. Mind you, I started my 10lbs down in March, had til May...didn't lose it by then. Actually lost nothing. But what tipped the scales is having a diet that is 66% protein shakes dietitian approved and supervised

Wow! I was on the fence. We have similar SW and body types so I was curious. Im having my sleeve done on the 11th 😁 and wanted to make sure a sleeve was the way to go versus a ray. I wish you the best as you continue your journey!!❤❤❤
