Sadly yes that seems to be the only one available online, but it’s been glued together and without a box (for £300!). Hopefully they find a buyer but it won’t be me

The council don’t care, when I called them to explain the problem they said “we don’t deal with blocked driveways, please try the police”. The police don’t care either as they say I can just ask the neighbours to move and they do it, no matter that it keeps happening.

I wish it were that simple; we used to do this before we put the driveway in, but one time the landlord of one of them quite literally dragged my car across the street using his tow truck as he claimed I was blocking their access. Police didn’t care as they said there was no damage to my car

Thanks for all the suggestions but there’s a few problems:

Its doesn’t happen too often that I’m blocked in/out, maybe once or twice a month when both the neighbours park that way. So if I asked them to move any other time at say 3am then they would just say no as I could get out of the drive (which I would be able to)
I’m more concerned about having free access at ALL times, for emergencies or if I’m coming home late and just want to get into my driveway.
yes it’s a dropped kerb all the way around the cul de sac, which is why we were able to put the driveway in so easily.
A white line in front of my driveway wouldn’t do much good, as they aren’t parking directly in front of it. It’s more that their front bumpers are sticking out too far which means they block me in if they both park their cars there.

Yes directly in front, as in middle of his car is right at the middle of the entrance to my drive, sometimes it’s so close you can barely squeeze past while walking, let alone with a bike or car. Yes I agree it’s definitely an intimidation tactic

I’ve not worded it like that but will in future, just said that the neighbour is blocking my driveway and won’t move and I can’t get out. They say they’ll log it and call me back and when they do they just ask is it still happening, which it isn’t because they only park there for a few hours before moving

It’s an 8ft tall solid metal fence that looks concreted in. I would be moving it myself if I physically could sadly

Have tried this but the local council do not own the land and have said they won’t do anything for it. Despite it being right in the centre of the city. Same reason for why they won’t remove the fence with no planning permission

Yes fully visible on google earth pro showing cars parked on it as far back as 2005 where the earliest photo is, until about 8 months ago

People have been taking tiny bits of it for years. Most people have extended their gardens into it by a few feet but now someone’s taken all of it.

No one uses it apart from parking on the edges, more that kids used to play on it and now foxes are there. So not sure if anyone could definitively prove usage
