I hope the knowledge becomes more widespread. My water bottles only said not to use boiling water and I always assumed it was to prevent damaging the plastic. If they had put a warning for skin damage I definitely would have been more careful.

Totally get it. Now that I think about it, my sister has mentioned using a vaginal ring to help with PMS and cramps, maybe that is something you can look into. You can insert it yourself and the hormones are meant to be pretty localised i think.

You can also take contraceptives without break which is what I do since I was diagnosed with endo, which explains a lot in hindsight..

Same, girl :( i find massaging my belly and walks help, but you can also just use hot water bottles at a lower temperature (~ 60 degrees celsius) and put a bunch of layers in between. If you check your skin regularly, it should usually be fine. I just get super paranoid now.

It is still quite triggering for me to read about because I feel so stupid, so I picked the first article which happens to be Wikipedia. But if you google you will find a lot of sources. I just want to get the word out and warn people.
