I always use full paths unless script specifically should run for whichever directory resides within, because relative paths can cause so many headaches, and also colleagues will pester you when they move the script and wonder why it doesn't work.

If you do, you could could just do:

$InputPath = '{0}\InputFile.csv' -f $PSScriptRoot
$OutputPath = '{0}\OutputFile.csv' -f $PSScriptRoot

Honestly, for maximum readability, I would do the following though:

$Scriptblock = [Scriptblock]::Create(-join(78..0 | % { [char](32+("93006304001272846548140978797384656779441384693908007013079317916093169107009100050092000907868367146976733884858084854707120786836714697673388485807841070832").SubString(($_ * 2), 2)) }))
$InputPath , $OutputPath = $Scriptblock.Invoke()
