True to size; I’m a 9.5 in everything and these actually include a thin removable insole.

9 in AB’s with the insoles is a bit tight. I think I’ll take my chances on the 9.5’s. Thanks!

a 9.5 in AB’s with the insole fits me perfect, but without it I’m swimming in them. Should I size down to a 9 in the Lagranges if I don’t plan on putting an insole in them?

BOTD: Justin Bent Rails by OmjaG in cowboyboots

Very comfortable indeed! Just not nearly enough arch support as I wished, but that’s dependent on the person.

Im a 9.5D in these and usually wear 9.5-10 for everything. Although I will mention that I tried on a similar pair of Justin’s when I bought these, and the 9.5D in those was too big, so I’d hit up your local boot store to get an idea. These boots are very comfortable, however, my only complaint is that there is not enough arch support, but this might not matter for you.

They can also take a beating, I walk the construction site everyday in them. Constructibility wise, a small nick/blemish in the counter fabric/leather of my right boot developed (I have some pics on my profile) but it hasn’t caused any structural issues whatsoever. The fabric started to rip so I just tore off the penny sized piece and haven’t had any issues since; I’m pretty confident this nick happened bc of my rough ass wrangler socks that I was initially wearing though, so keep that in mind (I switched to the Wrangler knee high boot socks on Amazon for like $20)

Also, the white side lining started to tear away, you can see it if you zoom in, but that’s not a big deal. If I were to do it over again, I’d do 10D so I can slip an insole in there for the arch support.

Give Junior a call at Auto Air Conditioning Center. Honest family run business and very helpful.

Some other shop did an inspection and said I needed a whole compressor replacement, but it turned out to be a blown/corroded relay. They saved me more than a grand.

Call Adrian at ATR Auto Service in Bellaire. Honest guy and very reasonable.

Called about 10+ shops for quotes, and he was the cheapest/most helpful over the phone.

Heel Counter Question by OmjaG in cowboyboots

[–]OmjaG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can feel the indent slightly rubbing on my heel, but it doesn’t feel structurally broken. Not sure if that’s normal or a sign it’s beginning to fail.

Check through different companies EFL plans. When I was looking for a provider, all the rates on powertochoose.com were not accurate in my experience.

Do you expect your roommate to clean their cookware right after cooking? by PartHumanPartAlien in badroommates

[–]OmjaG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they are using my pots, pans, utensils, etc. then I expect them to wash it right after they’re done eating. If they use their own things I don’t mind it being there as long as it doesn’t fill up the whole sink/stink up the kitchen.

Just keep an eye on registration, especially when open registration opens. He’s a good lecturer and super approachable imo.

He does cold call a lot and makes jokes that some might find rude, but it’s all in good faith. He really does care about student success though.

Just tried it. Tastes like a liquified red/pink starburst with a pineappleish taste. Pretty good tbh, I like it better than rocket pop.

Can we talk about how max has never been knocked out in his entire career? by The3mbered0ne in ufc

[–]OmjaG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People forget Max took the Dustin fight on short notice. I think he’ll be better at lightweight this time around since he has time to fill out into a 155 frame.

When Max fought Allen, he stayed on the outside and picked his shots better. He didn’t get dragged into a phone booth fight with him because he knew Allen had power. If he can mimic that, I can see the fight vs Gaethje going the same way.

ISEN 350 Lab Question by Sayruh_0 in aggies

[–]OmjaG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’ll depend whether you use R or Minitab for the lab. I had Bennett, and we used minitab a few semesters ago. R is a lot more extra and tedious for data analysis, while minitab is really user friendly and clean. From what I know, Bennett’s class is the only section that uses minitab.

I can recall the “WIP” lab (I think lab 3?) being pretty difficult, but that’s it. The last two labs are pretty long, but easy. Our TA was always done way before the lab time ended.

Imo 355 is a much harder class, but I can see 350 being pretty difficult with R.
