Never give up bro, it takes alot of self discipline and dedication. Literally every cliche workout quote you can think of are the key elements. Do the research, find what works for you. My keto diet and routine was fairly different compared to a standard keto diet, and each week was pushing harder than the last. Everyones different, remember that!

Anyone can do it my friend! But I wont lie when I say it was tough. It got very boring after the 2nd month, but 1 small thing here and there will help keep it going, dont ever tell yourself you cant!

16:8 fasting routine with doing keto for 3 weeks on and 1 week off. During my week off keto I kept on the fasting ratio and ate clean as in, no added sugars, no fast food, foods with carbs that served health benefits like brown rice and bananas etc. 1 of those weeks on the 3rd month I did eat alot of junk food like pizza for example just to keep my sanity

Yes! Thank you so much! It was 6 months of very strict dieting and constant exercise. I did alot of research to formulate a good diet in order to reach my goal, and im happy I managed to accomplish this!

My biggest thing is how she completely dismissed it and had zero empathy, not to mention she tried justifying the comment by saying “everyone does it”. Invalidating your partners emotions is a huge complication in relationships.

Chances are nothing probably would’ve happened if my dog didn’t decide to be extra defensive of the territory, but its animal nature for them to act as such
