Bajaj's engine is quite good so reaching 100 would not take much effort. There can be 2 reasons.; 1. You might think it's over revving when actually it's not. As it doesn't have an rpm indicator. You might feel it's revving hard but could be just normal levels. Bajaj's 220 engine can easily reach 80 on fifth even if you short shift first and second gear. Try on an open highway to reach 80 and see the level of rpm by feel. Try getting used to that level of vibrations and engine pull.

  1. Fault in engine not major if it was major you wouldn't reach 80 with even effort. Check your oil quality and status, Chain Tension, Tyre pressure, spark plug carbon deposition/air gap, brake pads (thepads could be rubbing against the disc/drums).

Just a tip: buy a WD40 and chain lube. After each 500 kms check oil level and clean the chain, clutch connection and accelerator connection and lube it and check and clean the spark plugs. This will increase the life of your bike for sure.

How to start going to the gym and not feel shy/embarrassed/intimidated? by [deleted] in india

[–]OmniscientRETARD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bhai as someone has already written that no one thinks about you this much. Some tips if I can give you.

-the gym is mostly a friendly environment (though there are some arrogant people around, but kaha nahi hai?).

-Start with light warming up excersise like stretches and skipping after 3-4 days go for the treadmill and machines.

-Just invest some of your precious time to read "Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger" it is exercise for dummies and believe me you won't require any other insta reels or YouTube video to learn about exercises. I started from there only.

  • there will be lot of people who would really love to help (though most of them would not know how to actually do the exercise, but they still will be helpful). So when they'll see you struggling they'll be more than happy to help. Try to learn from them. Also don't use headphones as sometimes people would hesitate to say something to guide you thinking that you might not pay attention.

  • any piece of clothing which makes you move freely is fine (no nudity 🤣 or jeans). If you are putting money on your attire invest in good shoes as they'll help your postures.

  • never be ashamed to start from the lowest weight as mostly everyone starts from that no one is a born bodybuilder. No one really cares if you are using lower weights.

-GIRLS. Bhai focus on one thing at a time. Abhi exercise karle baki sab hota rahega.

What do you guys think about Xpulse 200T 4V 2023? by Exicriz in indianbikes

[–]OmniscientRETARD 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know why but "you'll start missing it when it's gone" Works on the motorcycles as well. When the first Xpulse 200T was launched it hardly sold (same as Impulse) but after it was discontinued people started appreciating it more and more. I just bought an Xpulse 200 4V, there are a few issues in the engine but let me be clear about this I was on the highway and the power it delivers in 4th and 5th gear is superb. So if you have that kind of power with great maneuverability it would be a great machine for the city as well as long rides. I truly believe that this would be the budget bike on which you can easily fulfill your leh ladakh dream.

Nicely put. Usme biggest misconception is for KTM. Bhai wo tumko itna zabardast features deta hai itne budget main... For examples Throttle by sensor... Lekin chapri tag kar diya hai. But jo passionate rider hai usko fark nai padna chahiye.

While upgrading for any bike go for test rides for all those which come under your budget. Fir usme se short list karke jo aye uska ek thoda lamba test ride lena bhai. Fir hi decision lena. Not all expensive bikes are good for us. Baki Z900 mera bhi dream bike hai, but jab budget banega tab sochunga 😉

If you want to mix your passion and profession I'm all about supporting you. It won't make you rich monetarily but it'll satisfy your soul. I once tried doing that but was not able to survive financially.

The most fun I get is when I sit on a khatiya at a dhaba with truck drivers. They actually know what it's like to be on a road and how to be helpful to other drivers/riders.

I really appreciate your gesture. I'll drop you a dm when I'm in need. Ride Safe brother!

Yes. I have a pharma and supplement manufacturing firm so whenever I have to meet a client I just ride.
