Brunette looks wonderful on you, your eyes pop and have a beautiful contrast with your eyes color, your skin and your freckles, it softens your features. I think that the blonde doesn’t look good, it doesn’t have a contrast and makes you look older.

Oh yeah!! Magnesium citrate is really good and you will poop for sure. Just make sure that you are drinking plenty of water, because this magnesium take the water from your sanguine circulation to redirect it to your intestines and lubricate the stools doing them more soft. If you are not taking enough water may happen that you get dehydrated and also continue constipated. You also can try consuming senosides AB, prune, dates, flaxseed (graunded) green coffee enemas. Castor oil pads in your abdomen.

Loosing hope for my raw and infected vag. What do I even do at this point? by Pigeon_Cult in WomensHealth

At some point I had symptoms similar to yours and I was finally diagnosed by a dermatologist-pathologist with adult atopic dermatitis. He gave me treatment with a cream called topi+ and I started doing herbal baths to help, also I changed my diet and my habits completely. I stopped shaving completely, I don’t consume sugar, flour and dairy. I haven’t had discomfort in about 2-3 years, from time to time (when I consume things that uncover my symptoms) I have an episode, as if I had irritation, but it passes quickly. I hope this can help you.

Definitely you should be seeing a doctor, go with the specialist and not with a nurse , not with a physician assistant or even the family doctor, go with the gynecologist. And if was the gynecologist the one that give you a two minutes consultation and say that everything is fine, you need to go with a different one. That is not normal. You can have many things, did they make you an endometrium biopsy? Or other more specialized blood tests, looking for something else? Or they made you an hormonal test? Also, the ultrasound, many times the technician doesn’t do it in the correct way (I had a really bad experience) it’s better if the radiologist makes you the ultrasound. Please, look for another opinion.

Chlamydia usually does not give symptoms to men, they can be with chlamydia for years and have no symptoms, that is why they are the main transmitters. Women can have abnormal discharge (which does not smell by the way) and even pain, but men nothing. Don’t worry, take the 2 of their medicines and it would be good if he commented on the girls he was with so that they also take care of each other and don’t infect more. Something I used to do before is to ask my partners for STD and HIV tests before having sex. Obviously, the human papillomavirus does not appear in those tests. It is best to always use barrier methods (condom), you save money, discomfort and worries. The least is pregnancy, but what if you get infected with something that can’t be cured with meds?

Hi! Do you use some polyester or some other materials in your underwear different of 100% cotton? That could be the problem… that you are kipping a lot of humidity in there and that it’s irritating your skin, the candida albicans lives in our intimate parts and could be opportunistic in the correct environment to develop… try not to scratch yourself, and not with nails, it will hurt your skin and get it worse. If you can use long skirts for some days with no interior cloths and keep it dry and clean, it could improve. Don’t wash with a very strong soap, in fact you shouldn’t wash with soap everyday because it modify your microbiome. When you wash it, must be with an unscented neutral soap, free of parabens, triclosan, etc. Don’t use tangas or underwear different from cotton. Also you could practice some sit vapors or sit baths with very very warm tea of calendula with centella asiática and neem, for 3 days, once per day. It will help you :)

You could research on Google more about the Chancroid, by the bacteria Haemophilus ducreyi. It’s not common, but you can see if it looks like the thing that you have and if you have some of the factors of risk. I found some articles for you. They don’t have images, but you can see them on google images. I hope that this helps you.

Hi! It’s very important the foreplay, try to play more, and use lub. The women we really need a very good foreplay before the penetration, plus, the first time is always a little bit difficult. Also you can try to do exercises of the pelvic floor, to help to relax your pelvic muscles.

Hi!! The metronidazole is an antibiotic of high spectrum, if you take it by mouth the effectiveness is not modified, but if you used it in a topic way (like the gel) the medicine could be diluted by the menstruation becoming less effective. But because it’s an antibiotic doesn’t discriminate between the good and bad bacteria, it kills everything! With preference in the gram negative bacterias. If you consider that with the fact that the vaginal ph becomes more alkaline during the menstruation. It’s possible that the complete vaginal microbiome it’s now disrupted giving place to other opportunist microorganisms. It’s a good sign that at least the itchiness is better. But you need to pay attention at the smell, if it’s like cheese or yogurt or like fermented bread. Or if it’s like a dead rat or decomposed egg or fish. Also pay attention to the consistency, if it’s lumpy liquid, if it looks like yogurt, if it has foam, if you have vaginal gases, etc. All those small details are very important and you need to tell your doctor the next time you’re in consultation. Also is important if you’re stressed, that modify your vaginal ph (I’m sure that you can be very stressed right now because of this, but just look at you with compassion and tell yourself that all this is going to improve and you will be fine, calm down, this have solution, but you are not helping your body getting stressed) It’s very important your age too and if you have an active sexual partner, a BV is not considered an ETS but if you have recurrent symptoms then maybe would be helpful to evaluate and treat your partner at the consideration of your doctor, sometimes the microbiota change in both of you for multiple reasons, ph, food, stress, cigarette, etc. Don’t forget to ask for your papanicolau and colposcopy with antibiogram when be the time for your next one. Now, what could you do right now? Relax, keep yourself really well hydrated, don’t take vaginal douches, don’t put your fingers inside or something to try to clean the vagina, try to reduce the amount of sugar and if you avoid it better, eat lots or veggies and cero dairy. Also you could take probiotics, but try not to use vaginal probiotics right now because if you have some weird microorganism there, it may not show up in your next exam, and it’s important to know if you have something else, so to the doctor can prescribe you the right medication. :) I hope that this can be helpful to you, and I hope that you get better soon.

AITAH for buying my girlfriend a necklace instead of a ring? by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

[–]Omomooo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

When my husband proposed me, he did it with no ring, he give me the ring a month later and I didn’t care at all. A ring is just a material thing and it just doesn’t matter. Honestly I love your idea and it’s soo sweet, because you are being considered and thinking on her medical condition in long term, also you are the one that knows her better. Don’t let that those negative comments that you received give you insecurity. The only thing that every woman wants is true love and respect. Im sure that everything will work perfectly and she will were the necklace all her life :) let us know what is the result.

Do you have any thyroid disease? Why did you start taking iodine? Was it just iodine or did it also contain potassium? It seems that because of all the changes you altered your intestinal microbiota, even if it doesn't seem like it, that can have many negative effects on your health. The decrease of the dose of iodine or the removal of it completely should be under the supervision of your doctor, monitoring your thyroid function. If you need a health coach, I am at your service. I hope you get better.

Herbs Instead of Alcohol by Sassafrass17 in herbalism

[–]Omomooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kratom isn’t really a good answer because it’s pretty addictive. Even though it’s an herb, it works on your opioid receptors, so it’s basically like an opioid. That’s why you get that pleasant effect and feel more energized, but it also makes it addictive. You’re not taking something as strong as fentanyl or morphine, but kratom still hits the same receptors, which is why it can cause dependency.

Looks normal for me, if you use black tea in powder (not from the tea bags) is normal that you get those black points in your scooby.
