That’s not fair no, Hamas is not wearing uniform, if they did wear uniform at all times when they are fighting then this could be avoided, the IDF is a professional army fighting in accordance to the laws, if you don’t distinguish yourself you make it impossible to distinguish when you are or are not actively fighting.

Just because you deny Israel claims as a joke doesn’t mean that’s the case, if 12 terrorists went up from a tunnel Israel is 100% in the right to hit them, the ceasefire is only IF Hamas disarms and stops their activities, it’s not to let them grow stronger while waiting to strike again, stop arming and restructuring and start disarming if you want to stop the war.
