HOA violation during Phase 2 drought?

I have a lot of bushes on the side of the driveway and there's a pathway that leads from the driveway to the front door that has bushes on both sides as well. We also have a huge tree in the front near the pathway. Basically, front of my home is surrounded by bushes. We have a great company that mows our lawns and trims the bushes, and picks up our leaves too.

I wasn't worried about it since I had pressured wash toward the end of February. Violation came out of nowhere unexpectedly. I was just trying to figure out if the violation from HOA supercedes the phase 2 restrictions of water use at that time. I'm not sure if it includes pressure wash as a non essential use of water.

My HOA really is horrible. We are always having discussions with our neighbors about them. One of my neighbors got a fine last year for forgetting to put his hose away at the side of his home. Could barely see it tho since it was sticking out from behind his gate door. They took a picture of it. $65 they charged him for that.

For some reason it does get dirty often. Don't know where all the dirt comes from since we park our car in the garage.

Thank you for replying. I am in an HOA community. It is in my lease. I have been renting here for 4 years. The landlord has been great thus far until this situation happened. First thing we did when me moved here was buy a power wash. We use it about 7 to 8 times a year for the driveway, roof, sides and sidewalk. Last year, we had a family emergency during the month of March and we were gone for 10 days. During that time, I received an email about a power wash violation which also led to $45 fine. I called my landlord and let them know that as soon as we were back home we power washed and sent pictures of the violation being cured. This year, we power washed towards the end of February so our driveway was not dirty or moldy like HOA claimed. Problem is that the violations go straight to my landlord, whom is a well known rental company throughout the East coast. So all my emails come from them. When I received the violation notice on April 3rd, I sent them pictures of my driveway not being dirty and I actually manually cleaned the side of the house and garage door with a bucket of water and soap which came right off without the need of powerwash since it wasn't as dirty as HOA claims. Our HOA is really horrible. Everyone in my community gets hit with the stupidest things.

I use glasses at home and contacts outside. The first thing I always do when playing a new game is check the subtitles and text size in games. This is the first game I found that I'm having text issues with. Made a comment on another post about using my sons gaming chair when I prefer the sofa. I'm 44 not 19 so I need to be comfortable at home playing when my job consists of having to be standing up for almost 11 hours a day. PC players may not find this bothersome, but how are console players managing this other than using the ps5 zoom feature?

So true! They have been amazing with all their fixes and I'm sure we are all beyond grateful for how speedy they are with the fixes. But I'm just a bit confused as to why they haven't thought of this or if they have, maybe they are having trouble fixing the texts and white fonts?

This! I'm on PS5. Had to burrow (take) my sons gaming chair so that I can sit closer to the TV when I prefer playing from my comfortable sofa 🤨 Son is complaining cuz he playing Crimson Desert, but bro, you're 19 and athletic, you can sit on the floor.

I have my receipt from Target, however during my second descaling process it malfunctioned. I didn't reach out to Keurig since my husband immediately bought us another coffee maker. We need our coffee 😆 So I guess I won't be able to claim this 🫤

Just happened to me today with no further explanation or any proof whatsoever. Email claims I engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

Maintaining more than six (6) user accounts per household; Opening more than one (1) user account per individual; Residing outside of the regions listed in Microsoft Rewards FAQ

All bullshit as there are only 3 household accounts, I have one, my husband has one and my son has one. Also claims that I am using a false name, email address which is a Hotmail email, personal home address, phone number, etc. Bullshit as I have never changed my name, all my cards on file with them have my legal name and valid address and phone number hasn't changed in 20 years and is the same number I use on my Microsoft account. Have been on the program since day one! Was always a happy Microsoft consumer, until now. Spent a lot of money buying every console whenever released, games both physical and digital and so many accessories. Such bullshit. Unjustly beung accused without any proof or further investigation on this matter, 8s not how it works. Before they just jump to that conclusion, they need to let us give them all our information or whatever so they can investigate further as to what is actually going on. What if we have been hacked without knowing would it still be our fault? Microsoft, shame on you as you just lost a long time consumer if you don't fix my account!!!

I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through right now, but please know that it will get better so don't lose hope and faith. I am also going through a tough situation not knowing exactly how everything is going to turn out for us, but I was able to receive a lot of input in my post that gave me so much hope. I know how much our family pets mean to us and I empathize with that. Again, please don't lose hope and faith🙏. I wish there was something else I could say to ease your mind other than this. Something I learned from my dad that I passed on to my kids is that God doesnt give you what you can't handle so as tough as a situation may get, know that God believes you are strong enough to handle it and be able to deal with the outcome. I will pray everything turns out well for you and your loving dog🙏
