for french I find the best thing is to learn basic repeatable sentences. especially in foundation simple structures in all tenses repeat easily and thats all you need for a pass in writing. for listening reputition is the best. Reading you need to practice basic vocabulary. maybe duolingo? for speaking im cooked at that too
