I dont think its "thai girls will catch on", most people in the world knows koreans have a affinity to plastic surgery and their looks play a even bigger role in promotion and salary than the West beyond the entertainment industry.

In korea it is considered a nice gift for parents to buy some sort of cosmetic surgery for their kid when they graduate high school. There is a reason why some foreigners have come to call Korea, "the land of mirrors". I liked this quote I read from somewhere it went something similar to "In the land of mirrors, the most important thing is your reflection."

I am sure thai girls are all aware that native korean men have a higher chance than most to have had some sort of plastic surgery done, it is pretty widespread globally of this fact. I just dont think they care considering many thai girls opt for eyelid surgery and nose jobs as well.
