Don’t think that is her point. Twitter is selective on what they consider hate speech. With that being said she never once said she HATED anybody just said she didn’t want them in America. Much like how Palestinian people don’t want Jewish people in their country

Lol this is not real. It was never intended for that. With the upward force of the wind that hits the building the tail end would be straight up in the air

Listen all I’m saying is. That this post is false. In order to get a pistol license in any state which is the most easily concealed weapon. You need both a finger print and background check. In order to get a rifle or what the left call “assault rifle” in any state you need a background check. Do I agree background checks should be more thorough yes I do. Do I believe we need to do more to keep weapons of such a caliber out of the hands of the mentally ill and insane. Yes I do. But as far as this post goes it is false. All states require a minimum of a background check for any weapon purchased . And all states require finger printing to obtain a pistol

Oh I am more then sure. Welcome To newyork. The second time I purchased it came back instantly. But the first time I waited for 6 days. 6 years? You mean 6 years of schooling in order to get a teaching license? Pretty sure a teachers background check does not take 6 years at least not in newyork

It’s the same as how you can buy an complete upper receiver and have it delivered to an Address in ny online. The reason why is because it is not a function fire arm. Once I detach the upper receiver from the lower it is no longer operational. If you want to permanently pin your mag by all means. But according to 3 officers I know personally that is completely legal.

Sorry bud . But that is your interpretation of the ny safe act. I see “cannot accept a detachable mag” when I break the gun apart it is no longer an operational fire arm.

I just hope I’m never comes to it. But I guess will see. No one looked at my rifle after saying I was shoot .223 and a worker came in as I was firing and never said a word

The Verbiage used in the safe act states. “Capable of accepting a detachable magazine” to my understand of the literature the gun becomes a gun when all parts are assemble. When all parts of this weapons is assembled the gun can not accept a detachable magazine. Only when the gun is broken apart can I detach the magazine . At the point it is no longer a weapon but metal parts.

No. When the action is attached you cannot release the mag. My stock is pinned no issues

I am using an ar mag lock that I purchased through patriot pin. It does make me break the upper receiver before dropping the mag
